Rain Check Policy
Mother nature doesn’t always cooperate when it comes to playing golf. If your event is effected by inclement weather, it will be rescheduled, if possible, for the next day or to a later date that works for both parties.
If cancelling the event entirely is the only option, your deposit will be refunded minus half of the travel expenses incurred by Hickory Golf Experience, Inc.

Rates include the delivery of one period authentic golf set and two sleeves of replica mesh golf balls per player for each round of golf.
One Day Event - $85/player
Two Day Event - $110/player
**Delivery to venues within 250 miles from Knoxville,Tn is included in the price for events with a minimum of 60 players. Full field events greater than 250 miles, and fields less than 60 players are subject to a fuel surcharge. "Shared bag" rates are available at a reduced rate per player for larger events. Please contact us for a good faith estimate for your event. A $500 deposit is required at time of reserving a tournament date.
